We have leveraged the properties of 7075 aluminum to allow us to more freedom in the design aesthetic while still maintaining the needed strength in our parts.

This part is designed for the ZL/T series of the RailCore II printers.

This listing is for a full metal mount that is designed to secure the Bondtech BMG extruder (not included) to the RailCore Y plate (ours sold separately here).

This 16 gram part is made from high strength 7075 aluminum and has been re-engineered to be a single piece.  This strong and light design has beautiful shiny faces and sides with chamfered edges.  The slotted attachment points allow for up to 5mm of lateral adjustment for precise alignment.

This mount will reduce weight along the printers drive train while still providing rigidity and strength. It is ideal for heated chambers as the metal will not deform with high temperatures. Our full metal mounts are remarkably lighter than the stock 3D printed parts they are intended to replace.
