Shipments

Your package shipment is important to us

Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 business (Mon-Fri, excluding US holidays) days (unless otherwise noted on the individual product pages) after receipt of payment.  Please note that for orders that have multiple products, the order will be subject to the longest lead time.  Generally we ship with USPS, with tracking and insurance. We provide you with an email link to track your package online so you can know just when it will arrive.

Shipping fees include packing fees as well as postage costs. Packaging fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and USPS current rates. We encourage you to group your items in one order.

We cannot combine shipping for two orders that are placed separately.


We take great care to package your custom parts to help ensure they arrive safely to your door in top condition. We make use of recycled packing materials inside the box, to help reduce our environmental impact and to help us keep packaging costs low. Our (exterior) shipping boxes are always top quality, brand new boxes. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

We ship internationally on a regular basis.  All international shipments are automatically insured for $200 by USPS.  For any orders above $200, we highly encourage you to choose the option to insure your order for the full value of the purchase price.

For international shipments, the purchaser will be responsible for taxes/fees/dues/duty/tariffs upon delivery.

We want our customers to be happy with their products

We strive to make every customer happy. If you feel you are unsatisfied with one of our products, please feel free to contact us to speak about a possible return.

We take great care in the production of your custom parts, but please keep a few things in mind:

  • Refunds issued upon customer request (i.e. order cancellation) are subject to a 4% fee. 
  • Discounted items are sold as is.  Sorry no refunds or exchanges for these items.
  • Depending on the issue with your order, we may ask that you pay return shipping.
  • We take great care to provide the highest quality milled aluminum parts, but minor tooling marks or superficial surface marks may be present from time to time. We always strive to be sure the part is 100% functional and free of defects that will impact printing or functionality.
  • Although we do use tool plate aluminum and stringent quality control, please inspect your heated bed for defects and levelness prior to installing any accessories onto the bed.  We are not responsible for accessories (heaters, thermistors, wasted filament, etc.).
  • Refunds will only be processed once the item(s) has been returned.
  • In lieu of returning an item, from time to time we may ask that you instead destroy the item(s).  If we ask you to do this, photographic proof of the destroyed item(s) is required prior to us issuing a refund.
