This fiber laser fixture kit is designed to allow easy and repeatable placement of media on your fiber laser bed.  Once the fixtures are attached to your fiber laser bed, they allow you to quickly and consistently place your media without repeated measurements.

Each piece of this fixture kit is milled from cast aluminum tool plate and has beautiful shiny faces and sides with chamfered top edges.  Each piece of the kits has 6mm holes that are spaced 50mm apart and long slots to allow for maximum flexibility in attaching the fixture pieces to your fiber laser bed.  In addition each interior corner of the "90" and "cross" shaped pieces has been designed with a small recess to allow for your media to fit fully flush into the corner of the fixture piece.

Each fixture kit includes 7 total pieces:

2 90 shaped pieces (55mm interior length, 67mm exterior length)

1 cross shaped piece (55mm arms, 125mm total width)

2 short pieces (75mm)

1 medium piece (125mm)

1 long piece (175mm)

No screws are included with this kit.

Please note that these aluminum pieces are not designed to be fiber lasered.  They can easily be etched by a fiber laser and we are not responsible for any issues/damages that may occur if these pieces are inadvertently lasered.

We also offer a fiber laser kit with a low-profile recessed screw design that now allows the screw tops to sit just below flush, when fully screwed in, here.
