This is our full metal frame kit for the SeemeCNC H2 delta printer, consisting of 23 individual metal pieces. All pieces are milled from 6061 aluminum to replace all the structural melamine parts of the H2. This kit removes the susceptibility to humidity that comes with melamine pieces.

We based the kit off the open source files from SeemeCNC, with a just a few modifications.  For example some of the through holes have been replaced with tapped screw holes.

This kit replaces 100% of the structural melamine components of the H2.  

All the metal pieces in this kit are surface finished, with an attractive stripe pattern, before milling to produce a nice brushed sheen to the surface, without being a polished effect. This allows the shiny edges of the accent chamfers to really pop on the plates.  You may also purchase a version of this frame kit where the outside face of each frame piece is pocketed.  These pockets not only drastically reduce the overall weight of the frame but also show off the attractive shiny tooling marks.
