This is a set of 4 metal feet to fit the Railcore 300ZL or 300ZLT printers.

We have taken an innovative approach to creating a reasonably priced and rock solid, set of all metal feet for the Railcore 300 ZL and ZLT printers. By choosing to mill them out of several metal plates we have not only reduced the production time of each foot but have also reduced the costs by avoiding the use of more expensive 2 inch thick metal stock.

Each foot assembly consists of 3X 1/2 inch, and 1X 1/4 inch stacked 6061 T6 metal plates that are solidly screwed together.  Each foot assembly attaches to the stock mounting points using the stock mounting screws already on the printer and also comes with a non marking rubber foot cushion which attaches to the bottom of each foot assembly with a screw.

Once assembled these feet not only provide a rock solid foundation for your printer but also add extra grip between your printer and work surface.  These feet also give an extra measure of safety, over 3D printed feet, for customers who have chosen to install heavier upgraded metal side panels onto their printer.

For an additional charge you may choose to have your feet powder coated. You may choose from satin white or satin black powder coating options.  The satin finish is a nice blend of a mild shine and matte surface that provides a high resistance to fingerprinting and scratching.  Please add the RAILCORE II - POWDER COATING item to your cart at the time of baseplate purchase.  When powder coated, this item will come fully assembled.
