We do custom milling work!
Custom jobs are a large part of our business. We cater to makers, like you. We can help you to create, design, and produce a single part or small production runs of up to 1000 parts.
We have an industrial VMC mill with 4th axis capabilities with a 30 x 16 x 20in work envelope that can hold up to 1100lbs of raw material. We also have several large format sheet mills that can mill raw material up to 4ft x 4ft. We primarily work in aluminum and plastics, however we are also capable of working with steel, stainless steel, and various other ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
We will ship to the USA and internationally, and as needed, provide custom crating.
We can start from a back-of-the-napkin drawing/sketch or we can start from a file you already have. We are happy to offer our CAD / CAM services to you, as needed.
We offer per job pricing with no set up fees and no minimum order size. Your job, one price. You’ll know the exact cost before we even get started on your job. There is literally no job too small. We specialize in making custom part(s) to your specifications.
