This heated bed is milled from 6.35mm cast aluminum alloy tool plate and is designed to meet all specifications of project Jubilee. The tool plate is flat with milled front and back faces to produce a high quality build platform for the printer.

The heated bed features all necessary through holes and mounting points. The edges are chamfered to produce a beautiful finishing touch to this flat heated bed platform. The backside is milled flat and ready to mount a silicone heater pad. The bed now includes mounting points for the thermal protection fuse and the screw in thermistor sensor. This is the latest version of the Jubliee bed.

We take great care to provide the highest quality milled aluminum heated beds, but minor tooling marks or superficial surface marks may be present from time to time. We always strive to be sure the build surface is free of defects that will effect printing. To prolong the life of your bed, we urge you to never print directly on the aluminum surface to avoid damaging the bed surface and impact future print quality.   Although we do use tool plate aluminum and stringent quality control, please inspect your bed for defects and levelness prior to installing any accessories onto the bed.  We are not responsible for accessories (heaters, thermistors, wasted filament, etc.).
