CAD Design

We can translate your idea or technical drawing into a CAD model which can then be CNC milled or 3D printed, as needed for your project.

Bring us your sketches, design notes, or drawings and we’ll create a custom CAD model. Once complete the CAD files are all yours to do with as you see fit.  Watch your idea come to life in CAD and then easily milled in any of a variety of materials, or 3D printed, by us or the manufacturer of your choice.

One of our current customers has taken advantage of this service, combined with our CNC milling and our carbon fiber panel production, to create custom RC products which he, in turn, makes available for purchase to the public. The possibilities are endless!

CNC Milling

We have 3 custom CNC mills ready for your project.  We can handle jobs up to 31x20.5x6 inches (3 axis only), in any of the following materials.

         Custom Circuit Boards

Our mill can also create custom circuit boards.  We use isolation path milling to create virtually any  through hole or surface mount, single or double sided circuit board you need.  Perfect for rapid prototyping and small projects.

3D Printing

We have a Rostock Max V2 delta printer and a customized Folger Tech FT-5 printer.  Both are ready and waiting for your custom print jobs.

 The Rostock has a cylindrical build volume of 11x14 inch, and can work in any of the following materials:

The Folger Tech FT-5 has a cartesian build volume of 12x12x15 inch, and can work in any of the following materials:


We can anodize your custom aluminum part in your choice of many colors.  Since not all aluminum anodizes well and it is sometimes very difficult to determine the exact alloy of many aluminum parts, we would prefer to limit this service to metals (from a CNC mill job) that we provide, however some exceptions are possible.  Just send us an email with all the specifics and we’ll be happy to discuss all the options with you.
